The haunted house closes at 10:00pm every night. Make sure you arrive on time.

A season pass is also available. If you are a frequent visitor, it is recommended that you purchase it instead.

1. When is the event schedule announced?
Our event schedule is announced every year on September 1st. Any changes to the schedule will be posted to our website. Customers who purchased tickets will be notified through email.
2. When do you start hiring?
We start hiring employees in late August, shortly before we announce our events. Roles are filled fast, so keep an eye out.
3. What are the wages?
We pay our event organizers $10.50 per hour. Management positions typically earn $15.50 per hour.
4. How many events are there each year?
The amount of events varies each year. It all depends on how many we can afford to host.
5. Are the events kid-friendly?
We feature some kid-friendly events. Be sure to check an event's details before purchasing tickets. Refund will not be given out after an event.
6. Do you accept volunteers?
We do accept volunteers. You can ask our employees about volunteering before events start.
7. What are the entry fees?
Entry fees vary based on the event. Details are available on the Tickets page.
8. How do I apply for a job here?

9. How many hours do employees work per week?
We offer a variety of part-time jobs. Our employees typically work less than 20 hours per week. Hours are negotiable.
